The business affairs of our company are managed by the executive management, which is overseen by the President and the Board of Directors. The President and the Board may exercise all such powers and perform all such lawful acts as permitted by Company’s Bylaws.

The Board and the President require integrity and commitment to our corporate governance principles from each employee from a mail clerk to the Company’s CEO. We have the highest level of confidence in our people, who manage our internal control and compliance, ensuring effectiveness and driving value to our stockholders and our community.
